Step 1: Gather your health plan details
Before beginning the process, it helps to have a few details available:

Step 2: Check eligibility through the official website
Eligibility is reviewed directly through the official Pyx Health platform. The system checks whether your healthcare provider participates and whether your plan includes food-related support benefits.
